According to art.13 sec.1 and par.29 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 in respect of persons responsible for the keeping and downloading of data 95/46 / EC (Official Journal of the EU, L. 2016.119. 1), further on RODO, I inform that:

1) the recipient and administrator of your personal data is the IFCAS Foundation with headquarters in Gdynia represented by Przemysław Pociejewski - the President of the Board.
2) Your personal data will be processed in connection with joining the "THE MEMORY OF HOLOCAUST VICTIMS" International Historical Competition.
3) Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the competition in order to fulfill its assumptions.
4) you have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify it, delete it, limit processing, as well as the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing, which was based on consent before it is withdrawn.
5) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body regarding the protection of personal data (currently: Inspector General for Personal Data Protection), if you find that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the RODO.
6) providing personal data by you is a statutory requirement. Failure to do so will result in the inability to implement the provisions contained in the Competition Regulations.
