Art Competition For Children And Young People
 
 
     
  Objectives and subject of the competition:
  The aim of the competition is:
• commemoration of the victims of the tragic plane crash
• dissemination of knowledge about the catastrophe and its victims
• preventing the greatest aerial tragedy from being forgotten.
 
 
The Competition Participant is to perform an artistic work with the content consistent with the title and message of the Competition, commemorating the tragic air crash. The Competition Work can be done in any technique: drawing, graphics, image, computer graphics, etc. (it can not be a spatial form).
 
 
Only works made on their own can be submitted to the Competition (collective works are excluded) and must be original works, not previously published, not being a subject of another competition. One participant can submit any number of works.
 
  Technical conditions:
  The competition entry should be in the format A4 (210mm x 297mm) or A3 (297mm x 420mm) and subtitles (in any layout and style):
• the inscription "Smoleńsk 2010.04.10 10:41"
• national flag or colors of Poland
• entry '96' in relation to the number of victims.
 
 
It is allowed to report works done on a computer, tablet and other technical devices and submit them in electronic form.
 
  Applications:
  Competition entries should be sent to the Organizer's address or reported electronically in one of two ways:
a) to the Organizer email adress smolensk.jr@ifcasfoundation.org as an attachment to the message,
b) send by post to the Organizer's address in a ready form (eg, a picture, a printed poster, etc.) or a file saved on any medium: CD, DVD, pen drive, SD or microSD memory card, etc.,
 
  Applications made in other ways, eg delivered personally to the Foundation's seat, will not take part in the competition.  
  The competition entry must be accompanied by an Application Form completed and signed by a parent, legal guardian or educational institution (school, library, club, etc.)  
  Participation in the Competition is synonymous with the acceptance of the Competition Regulations and the obligation to comply with it.
